Air Corps attends medical emergency in Carlow

The Air Corps 112 helicopter was called to assist at a medical emergency in Carlow town this morning.

Shortly before 9am, emergency services were alerted to attend an incident at an industrial estate on the O'Brien road, on the outskirts of Carlow Town.

Ambulance personnel and firefighters from Carlow town attended.

The Air Corps 112 was dispatched to the scene. The patient was transported to hospital. Gardaí also attended the incident.
